I have a triple major in Education, History and Psychology from Minot State University. I received a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of North Dakota and completed my Type D principal's license at the University of Denver.
I enjoy reading, generally 50-60 books a year. I also enjoy sports, especially baseball and have a collection of bats and baseballs in my office. I help coach my 13 year old son's baseball team and we attend several professional sporting events as a family each year. My wife is a special education teacher, we have been married for 25 years. I have two boys an 18 year old son who is a freshaman at Arizona State University, and a 13 year old seventh grader, who attends Cimarron M.S. in Parker. We enjoy traveling, especially to warm weather areas that include beaches, palm trees and oceans.
