TLC…you are probably thinking ‘The Learning Channel’, or ‘tender loving care’. While those are both kinds of TLC, when the Newton Counseling Department says TLC, we mean “Thinking, Learning and Communicating.”    Specifically, when appropriate, Ms. Davies and Mrs. Hoffman use concepts from a guidance and counseling curriculum called TLC, TOP 20 the Best-Kept Thinking, Learning and Communicating Secrets of Successful Kids.
